The CIEE Global Institute offers fifteen rooms and an auditorium hall available to hire. Our meeting rooms are versatile and can accommodate several room setups, from classroom to boardroom to theatre style. All rooms have been recently redecorated and re-carpeted. They feature large-screen monitors for AV use and writable walls. We also have a beautiful outdoor space next to our café, which can be used as a breakout area.

The CIEE meeting rooms are located on different floors, from the basement to the second floor. The venue also features plenty of natural light in every room for a pleasant atmosphere throughout the conference or educational workshop.

Most of our meeting room rental spaces can be laid out in various ways depending on the nature of the event. From large conferences to confidential meetings, we have the meeting room to suit your business needs.

Meeting Room Rates

Meeting rooms can be hired on different terms:
Half-day: 9.00am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 5.00pm
Full-day: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Evening: Available at extra charge, please contact us for details
